Yoga isn't about touching your toes or getting into complicated poses.

It's about creating space to breathe, move, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.

Whether you're stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time or returning after a break, every class is designed to meet you where you are. Together we'll build strength, improve mobility, reduce stress, and create a practice that supports your everyday life.

Because lasting wellbeing isn't about perfection. It's about consistency, compassion, and finding movement that feels good.

Meet Your Teacher

Hi, I'm Nawang

My journey with yoga began long before I ever thought about teaching it.

Living with chronic pain and anxiety, yoga became my own path toward healing. It helped me reconnect with my body, manage stress, and discover that movement could feel supportive instead of intimidating.

That experience inspired me to become a yoga teacher so I could help others experience the same sense of calm, confidence, and balance.

Today, I teach both group and one-to-one classes online and in Liverpool, creating welcoming spaces where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and encouraged to move at their own pace.

Whether you're completely new to yoga or returning after years away, you'll always be met with patience, kindness, and care.

My lifestyle has changed completely.

I used to dread my period and never felt confident in the gym. Now I’m working out during my cycle, eating better without dieting, and feeling so much stronger.

Frequently Asked Questions

I've never done yoga before. Can I still join?

Absolutely. My classes are designed to be welcoming and accessible for complete beginners, with plenty of guidance and modifications throughout.

Do I need to be flexible?

Not at all. Flexibility isn't a requirement for yoga. It's something that develops naturally over time.

Where are you located?

I'm based in Fazakerley, Liverpool, and teach both in-person classes in Liverpool and online sessions. Whether you prefer practising in a studio setting or from the comfort of your own home, there's an option to suit you.

What should I bring?

Nothing! For in-person classes, yoga mats and blocks are provided. Just wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and bring some water if you'd like.

For online classes, simply have a yoga mat, a small space to practise, and your device ready to join.

When are classes held?

Class times may change occasionally, so I recommend getting in touch for the latest schedule.

Currently, group classes take place on Fridays and Sundays, and private one-to-one sessions can be arranged at a time that works for you.

Just send me a message and I'll be happy to let you know the current availability.
