I’m a PCOS coach and yoga teacher based in Liverpool, UK, dedicated to helping women—especially those navigating PCOS—create a healthier, more balanced life. My approach goes beyond quick fixes or short-term results. I focus on building a strong foundation with mindful movement, proper form, and sustainable habits that support long-term well-being.
Health isn’t about extremes, it’s about balance. It’s about waking up with energy, moving in a way that supports your body, and nourishing yourself without stress or restriction.



For me, fitness and wellness are more than just numbers on a scale or reps at the gym. They’re about working with your body, not against it. Every movement, every session, and every habit is an investment in your future self.

I was always overweight and have been trying every diet possible with exercises like Zumba but never had the confidence to do weights in the gym. No matter what I do the weight I lost would bounce back after a while. When I went into the initial consultation with Nawang I was desperate for someone to give me hope of losing weight.
