I’ve been doing yoga classes with Nawang for around 6 months now. I’ve done yoga on and off for years but doing these classes with Nawang has really restored my love for yoga! What’s different about these classes, is that she really pays attention to each person in the class, she makes adjustments allowing for progression with the poses, and makes alterations for any injuries that people may have. She asks for feedback from all members of the classes, meaning we can all work towards our own personal goals, and she integrates these into the classes so well. Most of all, it’s a really relaxed and fun environment, and we always have a good laugh (especially when doing the more tricky poses!). If you’ve been thinking of starting or trying a new yoga class, I couldn’t recommend Nawang highly enough!
I started my classes with Nawang being a regular customer having 2-3 classes per week. It was very difficult to self motivate myself to come to the gym as I find it very boring, but Nawang made this routine very enjoyable willing me to come more often. While having a training with her, it is not only a highly professional workout, but also a great way to let your stress out through communication. Nawang is very caring and a great person, it is always wonderful to have a chat with her. With a time, I got to know I am expecting a baby, and it was great to learn that Nawang is an expert in pregnant women training too. She was always very careful choosing exercises and giving extra attention to my movements. Additionally, she advised me on my diet and daily exercises outside the gym, which was extremely beneficial. I can’t thank enough for all care and support, as well as a great professionalism of Nawang during this period.

I was always overweight and have been trying every diet possible with exercises like Zumba but never had the confidence to do weights in the gym. No matter what I do the weight I lost would bounce back after a while. When I went into the initial consultation with Nawang I was desperate for someone to give me hope of losing weight. Rather than suddenly dropping down to a low calorie diet she encouraged me to gradually reduce the calories in the day. Because of this I did not feel that I am dieting at all.
