I was always overweight and have been trying every diet possible with exercises like Zumba but never had the confidence to do weights in the gym. No matter what I do the weight I lost would bounce back after a while. When I went into the initial consultation with Nawang I was desperate for someone to give me hope of losing weight. Rather than suddenly dropping down to a low calorie diet she encouraged me to gradually reduce the calories in the day. Because of this I did not feel that I am dieting at all. It was very difficult to self motivate myself to come to the gym as I find it very boring, but Nawang made this routine very enjoyable willing me to come more often. Nawang is very caring and a great person, it is always wonderful to have a chat with her.
